That was interesting and a fun watch. Interesting that the QB zone read happened as a broken play in practice. Similar to how the QB run-pass-option was a broken play in practice with Alex Smith under Urban Meyer – although that wasn’t mentioned in the video I don’t think.

Iirc, the RPO was a broken play in a game. At least that’s how I remember Urban telling the story. Maybe I’m wrong though.
