  I’ve been critical of Barnes, but you’ve got to give credit where credit is due. At the end of the day all that matters is the win.

  Barnes has developed. He played badly against Baylor and the coaches made a change at QB. Barnes made a huge mistake on the pick-6, but overall he has a stud.

  The team played with a lot of heart and you could see it from the opening plays. They wanted this one.

  Bryson will never play in the NFL but if the field goal was missed he would have been on the field shaking hands. He’s a great UTE and I couldn’t be prouder of him.

  I like the kid and think he’s been under rated all season. He throws a decent ball, can run a bit and is tough.
  
  His main shortcoming seems to be some of his decision making. But he’s going to keep getting better at that with experience.
  
  He won’t be a world beater but with our defense, we don’t need him to be.
