  My previous post from last week poo’ed poo’ed the hire, but i didn’t really explain why. He’s a great coach that can recruit well, but i dont think he fits Colorado. He is an SEC style coach with boring defensive scheme and doesn’t show much creativity in his pressure package, runs a 4-3-4 alignment most of the time, and blitz happy. In my opinion, the Buffs needs a gimmick offense…an air raid to get their drunk fans involve. Just my opinion.

    I don’t know much about him, but he kind of reminds me of Locksley at UNM. Great recruiter who is light on tactics. This hire doesn’t scare me.
