  if we made the title game it would be the most welcome surprise. But as of now the goal is winning our division. After that its winning the conference. That might be enough to make the cfp, it might not. Either way the goal is Roses

  Still very early, I know, but from what I’ve seen so far there is a pretty steep drop form the top 6 of that list to the rest of the field. The odds seem to reflect that as well, more than doubling from 10/1 to 25/1 from spots 6-7 (Okla to Auburn/Wisconsin).
  
  Honestly, I think if Utah were somehow able to sneak in the CFP they’d probably get blown out in the 1-4 game. Happy to have them prove me wrong, though. GO UTES!!

    I think the OL would collapse our offense against Bama/Clem in the 1-4 game but it wouldnt be a total blowout. Like 28-10. Which according to byu fans 18 points is a game you were unlucky to lose

      Meh…UTAH HAS NO CHANCE You never know until you play the game. Utah is fairly incomplete this year though at the kicking position and OL. I still like our chances against the remaining teams on the schedule as it stands.

      Have you watched any of those top tier teams? Oklahoma’s O-Line is blasting holes the size of buses. Huntley is great, but Hurts is a one man wrecking crew, Tua as well. Clemson may be the outlier, they have a really soft schedule, but after they squeaked by this Saturday vs UNC they may end up with 2 losses despite that sched.
