Not sure why you got downvoted. If we are being honest, I’ve been waiting for him to decommit since Alabama offered. Close to home, chance to play for a team that is always in the National Title conversation.,, at some point you have to wonder if the only reason it took this long was that Alabama’s original offer was contingent on others they valued higher not committing.

There are schools that you shake your head at when recruits choose them and then there’s Alabama. Powell has needed a plan B since they offered and it wouldn’t surprise me to see a DL commit in the near future to take that spot.
