      Where he was is not necessarily where he is.  Growth can happen especially learning from ignorance.

      Sure. But if you’ve been listening to the radio interviews from previous Utes, even those that are supporting Scalley, they say it will hurt recruiting, at least in the short term. Eric Rowe even said if he were being recruited this year he wouldn’t come to Utah.

      Nevermind the fact that Coach Shah is still Scalley’s friend, it will hurt recruiting.

      Agreed.

      I’m hearing the wrong question being asked. The question is not “is Scalley racist” or “has he changed/learned/grown”? The question is, can he continue to do his job effectively?
