      Will he still be interested in Utah?  Would we still be interested in him?

      “A Rutgers defensive back said Tuesday he will enter the transfer portal and not return to the football team over the school’s vaccine requirement for students.  Peyton Powell, a former four-star recruit from Texas who initially verbally committed to Utah and spent a few months at Baylor, wrote on Twitter he was going to leave the school.”

      Aside from the vaccine issue, sounds like he’s jumped around a few times. We don’t want to bring someone in with commitment issues.

      He’s been at a different school every year since his Junior year in HS (at least). Cannot find the history before then. Curious if the vaccine thing is really the issue or if he just wants out.
