transfer portal: what does it tell us? UCLA?

  The transfer portal is something to get used to and may be a metric to gauge the health of a program? Utah has 6 in the portal. UCLA has 15! What does this tell us about UCLA football?

  Interesting topic. I would wonder what the quality level of the players in the portal are before I judge how relevant the movement is.

        So Mariner and Repp are off to Utah State, right? Total rookie question, but why do those guys stay in the portal when they’ve found new schools? Or am I missing something?
