What I love most about Covey

Many if not most wide receivers run out of bounds before taking a big hit.  How often have you seen Covey step out of bounds to avoid a hit?  He is a small guy.  He would have the best excuse to avoid a hit from someone a 100 pounds bigger than him.  But, no, Covey fights for every extra yard he can gain.

We have had better athletes at Utah.  We have had stronger and even faster athletes.  However, I am not sure we have seen any tougher than Covey.

He definitely punches above his weight. I’m sure there a number of NFL squads that want him in their locker room.

Also…how many times has he gotten squashed from a hard hit and popped right up?
