Chinn, you think Whitt hangs it up after this year?

I think the rest of the season for these offensive coaches is an audition for next year. Whether that’s for Whitt or Scalley (I think MS is HC next year) it’s an opportunity to show what you can do. Especially under these circumstances. That includes Freddie.

Ludwig did NOTHING to build around Wilson’s strengths and to install confidence. He never adjusted to blitzes up the middle. His red zone was anemic beyond comprehension. Which football coaching 101. Blows my mind how incompetent the Lud was. In Baja Blast we trust.

For what it is, I’m optimistic. He was quality control and a quarterback coach in the NFL for about 7 years. He’s with Isaac on the sidelines after every possession. He’s a high functioning brain. I’ll take it.

He was also with the Bears, four years with Buccaneers. If nothing else he can be a functioning, competent 🧠 at OC for the remainder of the season.

I feel like Whitt would retire or step down and thr finances wouldn’t be an issue really. That’s the least of my concerns with the program.
