Maybe it is not benign, but if I remember correctly, it was actually a Ute fan that came up with ALUF. However, BYU fans do seem to use it in a somewhat insulting way. I think I’ve seen somebody with the username “ALUF” post here recently. Maybe that person invented it? Maybe not.

I think it is possible (maybe even probable) that Washington, Cal, Stanford, Oregon leave for the B1G. With that either Utah joins the Big-XII, or the Pac-12 acquires a bunch of MWC programs. No doubt BYU played “lights out” in that game. They clearly wanted to win that game. Yes visiting Cougarboard when their football team is losing is indeed great entertainment. I have laughed myself to tears of all the hundreds of “Flippin fetching!” type of comments. The meltdown is hilarious since it is different. All fanbases have their meltdown moments but Cougarboard is just hilariously different.

Awesome! Utah has 10 commits so far – four are from Texas! That is good news as Utah expands its recruiting in Texas as it will need to do as USC/UCLA move out of the Pac.

I have never seen such an insecure group of people. It’s straight up weird. The growing disparity between the programs over the last decade has really done a number on their collective psyche. It’s fascinating.

Not sure. I don’t know enough about Steele’s analysis and the situation of Utah’s O-line. Maybe OnlyU can answer that. And yet, Phil Steele has Utah as the #6 rated offensive line going into 20222.

Somebody’s knowledge here of Utah’s offensive line is spectactularly wrong, and I’m betting it is NOT Phil Steele.
