This is exactly it. I am on the east side of liberty park and the only people who are moving in around here are from out of state/on out of state wages. We were lucky to buy what was a fixer-upper in 2013, otherwise we’d be priced out of the area.

personally i am a big fan of Johnny Weir’s hair. I like to see how he styles it each day and what lipstick shade he matches with it. I’m way more into him than actual figure skating. *shrug*

This is true, and it was especially obvious in the bowl game compared to the final game of the season where a much less selfish Troy Williams handed the ball off and Moss shredded Colorado. 
 
If the coaches are worth their salt, they will rid him of those bad habits. I think they are. We’ll see.
