  Lander Barton was bumped up for the 3rd time in 2 weeks to .9588, while becoming the highest ranked recruit in program history! He is now ranked the #3 best LB recruit in the nation behind the only two 5* rated LBs. This bumped Utah’s avg. team rating up to the program’s highest ever at .8741!
  Calling it now…LB is going to be starting next to Diabate and will be one scary good tandem! Line Backer U has never looked so good & deep! Go Utes!

  Pretty sure Clark Phillips was higher. He was around 97.5

    Player ranking, not rating. Barton got bumped up to the #40 ranked player in the country, which is just outside the 5* players who are the Top 32. CP3 is still the highest rated and was the highest ranked at #51 before Barton got bumped up nearly 100 spots to #40.

    Clark was a higher composite, but lower on 247 – LB is now a 97, CP3 was a 96.

  Sheesh! 247 has him rated at 97 overall and the number 40 overall player IN THE NATION. 97 is the highest grade they assign before official 5-star status. Composite he’s rated 95th overall.
