  Either Vegas was tipped off on the Thursday Cam decision and they moved the line, or someone else was tipped off on the Thursday Cam decision and bet a bunch of money on Utah. Either way it bodes well for Cam

  The line is always about who is betting on which side. Vegas wants money bet close to equal on both sides. Each odds maker has certain margins they need to keep throughout the season, or they don’t have a job for long. If people start to think CR is playing and start liking utah at -4.5, they move the line to encourage more bets on UCLA at +6. It’s all about the gamblers sentiment.
