    anyone find it telling that after he is hired, everyone started looking to jump ship?
    
    Their model won’t work. There are too many cooks in the kitchen. You need a leader. You need someone that the buck stops with.
    
    Also, I’d put money on it that Herm was told he was coming in to recruit only. That the OC and DC would gameplan, run practices, etc. and Herm was just there for appearances and recruiting.
