  Today in his presser Whitt mentioned “4-5 Freshman” that could play immediately under the redshirt rule who they’d think of putting in now that they’re in the final 4 games. Any insight on who those guys could be, or what position groups we could see them come in at?

  Brumfield will see time. Just a guess. Hopefully some DBs Blackmon has been so unimpressive this season.

        I disagree battle. Shelley was thrown into a no win situation last week on the road. Our OL was not playing well and Dixon, Covey, Afia, and Blackmon had already lost the game for us. We need to win 2 games against decent teams, the better one we get at home. Then we need ASU to lose 1 game, which there is a chance of out of 3 games.
        
        I am not saying we will win the 2 games, but that we haven’t seen what Shelley can do after a week of practice knowing he is the guy. Give him a chance before you write him off.

        Not playing for much anymore? Say wut? Last I heard were still on top of the south, and 2 wins plus an ASU loss gives us the division championship.
        
        I guess we have different definitions of “not playing for much.”

  Cravens probably…not many carries to give out for Brumfield honestly. Same with DB reps…don’t see Malone getting many reps. I think D line is where we might take advantage of some added depth. Maybe some special teams stuff but I don’t think it will be a large amount of PT.

    I was hoping to see him or maybe some Perriman this week. Thompson looks like the most talented WR on the team, it’s a shame he wasn’t healthy this year.
