  No more “call stands”. If the booth finds anything questionable about the call, they will (in theory) reverse it. It’s still not perfect but it’s a step in the right direction.

  I sure hope the change in the rule results in changes in the officiating. After last year… I am pessimistically going to believe it when I see it.

  Apparently all aspects of targeting have to present in order for it to stand. It should have always been that way. Blair’s targeting against WA and Hansen’s against CO would have been reversed. And probably Fotu’s as well.
