I hope that this can be a rallying moment for our team. We need some type of spark, a win one for the gipper type of crap because this team has been dark for a month or two now.

Cam is a legend- one of our best qbs of all time amd led our team to two pac 12 championships! Owned USC, laid it all on the line. I agree, I sincerely hope he takes his own health seriously. He has sacrificed knees, shoulders, fingers and head for this team. Time to heal, and move on. Best wishes Cam, we love you and thank you for what you gave us.

I agree. I also think that he’ll be playing football again next season. And it’ll be, as I said, with a top team looking to make a run and needing an experienced QB to run the show. That’s Cam to a T…if he plays his cards right, he might be able to make more money than he ever did at Utah.

NIL is too good to hang it up when you have remaining eligibility. I can guarantee that if Cam can prove by early next year that he’s fit, some top school will take a chance on him if Utah lets him go. Travis definitely had his moments! That 60+ point Oregon game was amazing. Also loved both Michigan wins, including the one he literally almost lost his head lol. But ultimately I think his best wasn’t quite good enough to take the team to the next level. But I liked him for sure!

We don’t know when the injury happened. The torn meniscus, if the rumor is true, could have easily come on that last sack which was really ugly in real time.

It’s really up to him, isn’t it? He doesn’t have to come back to Utah but he will qualify for a medical redshirt and I already mentioned the example of Cam McCormick over at the U. If Utah doesn’t want him, I’m sure that there will be a market for him somewhere.

After seeing the replay of him getting rolled up on, it doesn’t surprise me that whatever the injuries are that they are season ending. He had limited mobility the entire game and I bet it’s even worse now. I hope that continuing to play on it didn’t aggravate or make things worse. Sitake is way too much of a rah-rah guy for me. It’s over the top.

I definitely have more excitement for this weekend and it’s all because I now want to see how the kids rally and overcome everything that’s happened so far this year. That’s a hell of a lot better than spending all week hoping they don’t figure out a way to blow it again.
