  poll inertia alone. Of course Texas is back. Jumped from unranked to 18th. Must be nice. Im not sure how many people out there that have actually watched byu play and think they are the 20th best team in the country, but eesh.

  There are really only 6-8 good teams each year.
  Filling out the rankings after #10 is a crapshoot.
