Holiday Bowl canceled

The game was to be played tonight.  That is last minute.  I don’t know the details.

This seems to be the new opt-out. A whole team. Just say you’re too sick to play. Miami/Cristobal started it. Not good.

Now hearing that the entire UCLA defensive line could not play.

If we find out that they’re vaccinated, and merely clearing quarantine protocols… Then this is f’n stupid, and time to end it.

Hope they can somehow reschedule the game next week with someone who actually wants to be there.. so unfair to the players and fans to cancel this late.

Imagine spending time and money to travel to your team’s bowl game only to have it be cancelled just hours before kickoff. I’d be absolutely p**sed! To have it cancelled ahead of time is one thing but to cancel it the day of is a bunch of BS.

I think the Holiday Bowl organizers need to sue the s**t out of UCLA, and see if they’ll allow discovery or just settle. I’d love to see what exactly the issue is.

I wish the Holiday Bowl had cancelled the year we played there.

I thought the 2nd half was cancelled the year Utah played in the Holdiay Bowl? I didn’t see us come out of the locker room after halftime.
