This could be the shooter we’ve been looking for. Recruited out of HS by Auburn,Kansas, UConn, Tennessee, Florida and at least 15 other D! programs. He was one of the players that got into a fight on the plane to Houston back in November, but I’m sure AJ has done his due diligence. Kids make mistakes. Some learn, some don’t. Hopefully this was just blip on the radar.

Hopefully everyone sees now what AJ and staff are doing. They know exactly the model that’s needed to win big in today’s college basketball. And it’s not the old model of getting the best local, below the rim, talent and mixing in a few great athletes/players from out of state. You need DUDES to win in today’s game. And Al has the NIL commitment from the Huntsman family to spend away before July 1st and we’re all seeing it unfold. Funny to see that TSPP fans are beginning to see it as well.

TDS getting concerned no matter how much NIL they have to buy out every school in D1. My gut feels they’ll have an all star lineup and never make it to the final four, ever. Why? I just feel they’ve stooped so low taking the easy way out because of money and believe karma will hit them hard because of what they’re doing. In my opinion, NIL will be their ultimately downfall. their true intentions that they can no longer hide anymore is to cheat and steal players from other programs and say it was mutual. Ute fans were called jealous and delusional by TDS fans and people believed them. Now other programs have become victims of their nefarious illegal activities and everyone’s taken notice. They’ve always been a wolf in sheep’s clothing. You may think I’m crazy and delusional when I see this but I honestly believe TDS have what I call lots and lots of “sleeper cells” for a long time now posing as Utah fans doing evil sinister things to discredit or make the Utah fanbase look horribly bad. People like caliman on this board and YouTuber named “Optimist” who claims to be Utah fans but both talk so badly about our programs and speak highly of TDS. Those are not Utah fans, those are frauds from TDS. And I know this is a stretch, but I wouldn’t put it past them if the school itself sponsored this kind of CIA-like activity against Utah because deep down inside they truly hate Utah to the point of murder. Could care less if they are a church school! Those are the worse! They remind me more like the Pharisees than Jesus disciples. Sorry a book long post 🙂

So…why is Howard leaving what was one of the best teams in the country this last year? And why is Auburn letting him get away? I know it’s the kids choice, but what do I not know about this sitch. Why does he want to leave a great team?

What say would Auburn have in the matter? In today’s college sports, the athletes have 100% control. If he wants to leave, he can leave and Auburn is powerless to stop him. Maybe he wants to be a starter somewhere, not the third guy off the bench. Maybe he wants a different role. Maybe he doesn’t like the system of play. Maybe he wants to change majors. Maybe the girls at Auburn are ugly.

I get all that. But I think Ute Dub’s post about Overtime Elite kinda answers my question. This kid, while talented, has some history. Good luck to him and AJ. Hopefully they’re a match for each other for some success.
