Normally, the Rose Bowl teams eat at Lawry’s Prime Rib before the game, but this year, they’re doing takeout. That’s funny – As a Christmas gift to my folks, and my in-laws, we got a prime-rib feast from http://www.lawrysathome.com. We cooked one up on Christmas eve for my in-laws, and we’re doing it on New Years Eve for my mom and dad. So essentially we’ll be eating the same as the team.
By the way, I can’t really recommend it enough. It’s kind of an old-fashioned menu, with creamed corn, and creamed spinach, but OMG it’s tasty. There’s a reason Lawry’s Prime Rib restaurants are still high-end places around the world.
