really just questions and general observations.
– One of the things I thought this defense might lack before the season started, and it has turned out to be true, is a leader on the field that can diagnose plays and get guys in position to succeed pre-snap. Phillips can diagnose his end of things, but you really can’t direct the defense from that position. Hubert is OLD AF but he is still very inexperienced, and the rest of our D is super raw or just not good. Bishop will eventually be that guy in the years to come, but he clearly isn’t that guy yet… or maybe Barton?
– Do you guys think Thomas is essentially done? I know he’ll keep getting touches, but it kinda seems like the team has moved on from him as the bell cow RB. Also, we’ve gone away from giving glover touches as well… What say you all?
