Apparently Covid protocols in Oregon have impacted lower attendance at both Oregon schools.

Reser might only have around 30k on Saturday, but it’ll be an amped up crowd. Between the weather and physical Utah football, I hope it will turn miserable for them quickly.

This may seem odd, but IMO the Beavs fan base would be likely to be vaccinated than the Ducks. With the Ducks rise over the last couple of decades, it has seemed to attract the ‘Murica crowd. Although Beavs is more the Ag school, it is by far the more intellectual/academia school of Oregon.
