Can anyone tell me what activities will be happening New Years Eve and pregame for the Rose Bowl ? (besides the parade)
If my Fiesta Bowl memories are correct, there was a tailgate party we paid to attend. There was also a New Years Eve party. I am assuming there is something similar. If yes where do you purchase tickets ?
I am not sure how I am going to get any sleep over the next few weeks. Every night waiting for the game is like being 7 again on Christmas Eve…
Go Utes !!!
I’m not aware of any New Years Eve activites sponsored by the U, but I do recall activites like this at past bowls. Perhaps they are still in the process of organizing them.
The UofU alumni Association is sponsoring a tailgate prior to the game, at the Rose Bowl (probably actually just adjacent to the Rose Bowl on the golf course). I purchased tickets through the alumni association, as a result of getting an email from the Crimson Club. I don’t have the emails anymore, so I can’t point you directly to anyone, but I’d call either the Crimson Club, or the Alumni Association.
They are a bit pricey, but for me, this is a bucket list activity, so I’m spending whatever it takes to get the most out of it 🙂
See you there. The food better be good.

U Alumni & Utah Athletics pep rally
U Alumni and Utah Athletics will host a pep rally on Friday, Dec. 31, at the team hotel. More information to come!
Note: I believe the JW Marriott Live in LA is the team hotel.
Correct
I have gone to several University sponsored bowl game tailgates and while the atmosphere is enjoyable, the food has not been worth the cost.
