Sources: Power 5 conferences talking about no fall football

  Commissioners of the Power 5 conferences held an emergency meeting on Sunday, as there is growing concern among college athletics officials that the upcoming football season and other fall sports can’t be played because of the coronavirus pandemic, sources told ESPN.
  
  No major decisions were made on Sunday night, but multiple sources in several Power 5 conferences have told ESPN the commissioners talked about trying to collaborate if their respective presidents do decide to cancel or postpone fall sports.

  DP was told an hour ago that the Big 10 and Pac 12 will cancel their football seasons tomorrow… The ACC and the Big 12 are on the fence.. And the SEC is trying to get teams to join them for a season.

    I am hearing the same thing from my friends in the NCAA offices. The announcement will be a “postponement” but not a lot of hope for actually playing.

      We like the UFC around here, and golf too. At least there are some live sports. I want to get back into the NFL but haven’t felt much joy from it for awhile.
