Thing is, Oregon State is used to losing and will bring it every game to change that. UCLA, not so much, even though they haven’t had a good season in a few years, they still think they should be winning, so it will break them to not have a win going into that game, they may not win a game this season, although Arizona looks like a winnable game for them.
