  I’ve seen a few people mention they’d like to know more about him. Here’s a good article to read up on if you’re interested.

  Edit: I should add that his grandfather served in the Navy during WW2 and he is a veteran of the Iraq War and was also deployed to Kosovo. He said these helmets are the most meaningful helmets he has painted.

  Wow, grandfather? You’re young. I served in the NAV. Desert storm was my 3rd deployment to the middle east lol. Media didn’t pay much attention to that region back then.

    Not me, him. Iraqi freedom was mine and my grandfather didn’t serve. I have an uncle that went to Nam though.
