  About the rivalry game. In years past I’ve always believed Utah would win, but I was always nervous that BYU could pull an upset. This year I have no doubts and feel pretty good about this team against theirs.

  The first quarter home opener hype combined with the Lil 12 announcement might be a bit chaotic. I am only worrying about a delay from the weather. Ksl is saying it should be done by 8 pm~

  I’m just nervous because we still don’t know anything about our team. They could be really good, or they could be mediocre. I’d feel better if we had a proven RB1 and the o-line looked a little better against Weber. Feels like those positions are still in flux a bit, and Thomas’s fumbles last week is making me really uncomfortable.
  
  Only thing giving me some confidence is BYU didn’t look all-world either.

    I have those same concerns against USC, UCLA, Oregon, and ASU. Just not feeling it tonight.🤷‍♂️

  I’m the opposite for some reason. No logic but just doesn’t feel right. Hope I’m wrong. If we’re a really good squad tho we should take care of business relatively easily. Hoping we are.

  This is the weakest year for rivalry smack outside of our hiatus seasons. It’ll be good to get #10 in the bag and put a nice bow on the TDS independence era.
