Eastern would be an 80% pay cut. But I think Fresno would work hard to get him, assuming Tedford leaves (rumors have him going to USC). That puts Troy back in his old stomping grounds, where he is still a legend as a QB developer and HS coach. Tedford made $1.55M, and that is hard to turn down.

This one will be on the coaching staff. They need to prove they can finally get the team up for an early game. 
 

No way Top 10 recruiting classes should ever play this poorly. USC is soft from top to bottom. They just have so much talent they can be complacent.

Thing is, the players likely wouldn’t well respond to a tough coach like Whittingham. Good. The University of Spoiled Children deserves a coach who will coddle them at every turn.

I think the defense will come out pissed off from last weekend. I do think Shelley will take his lumps a bit, but home advantage will be just enough to carry offense. I’m feeling a close win, like 28-24 utes it something like that.

Crazy to think that had they knocked off Michigan State (which they almost did) they would be ranked high in the CFP.  The Aggies have a better SOS than UCF, and that would have been a signature win that UCF hasn’t had since Auburn last year.
