The problem isn’t the type of injury since pretty much everything has a known standard range at this point. If he who shall not be named until he throws a pass in a game again was a pro, he’d have been immediately put on the injured list for 4-6 weeks to clear a roster spot.
Instead it’s all been subterfuge and half-truths so that the injury is…[Read more]

Release point is about a foot too low. When Wilson (Isaac) is under stress, he reverts to the same thing which is why you see his ball miss either high or short.
Here’s the gold standard for QB throwing mechanics:
And here’s Rios’s HUDL:

Same mechanical flaw as Wilson so he will be a turnover machine also, if anyone let’s him in a game

that’s good to want to see coaching with class. can we expect you to call out Whitt the next time he’s foaming at the mouth or is that ok because he’s Utah’s coach and he’s supporting his team? I mean, all those HS and little league coaches surely can’t handle seeing Whitt yelling and gesturing at the refs because he didn’t like a call.,,

2008 National Champ replied to the topic Under Center in the forum Football 9 months, 3 weeks ago
Now that you mention it, I don’t remember a bad snap this year. If that’s correct, Kump has been doing an excellent job and there’s no reason to change away from what is working.
When Maile and Ford were as likely to make the QB jump as they were to throw a two-hopper, absolutely get under center and play it safe.

Kansas is upgrading their stadium this year (no true home games) but I’m not sure the timeline for completion. If they do as good a job as Oregon State did with Reser, that could be a really good place to watch a game.
Lawrence is kind of like Stillwater in that it is close enough to big cities (KC/Topeka) but you have to decide to stay…[Read more]

She should get extra bon-bons this week for having to play on a very tender ankle 🙂

In that same situation, who wouldn’t want their coach advocating for his team like he did? That play could have been a game changer if he’d convinced anyone to call it the other way

I’m hoping that’s an unfortunate auto-correct

If the types of fouls we had to watch the Pac-12 officials ruin every game with are going to be ignored unless truly egregious, I will be very happy. It was nice watching DB’s being allowed to touch a receiver while going for the ball without 6 hankies on the field every play. O and D Lineman hold each other every play trying to gain leverage.…[Read more]

I much rather when I’m the one taking pot shots at Ludwig instead of having to defend him, but.,, 20 minutes on offense the first half, 22 the 2nd. I’m not sure it’s possible to play keep away any longer than that.

Snowden got picked on in the 4th quarter. He’s having a good season so far but it’s telling when other teams identify a specific player to attack.

Move up to 11. No one below had a season defining win and no one above lost so they move into SC’s spot.

That game will be decided by how well the Utah D contains Fifita/MacMillan. The QB discussion is superfluous.

It’s right on the A-, B+ cut line. Factoring in opponent, travel and missing 3 starters it’s a solid A because they greatly exceeded expectations.
Dock for losing turnover battle and Special Teams which had a 30 yard punt, a missed FG and the only good thing about the return game was that there weren’t any muffs.

Mitchell had some misses but the play calling for he and Stanley isn’t helping. Same issue with Vaki last year in that whenever he came on the field he was going to get the ball.
Ludwig needs to do a little self-scouting so that he can use those tendencies to set up something else. The Parks shovel pass TD off the fake reverse to Stanley…[Read more]

Or Singer flexing in the DB’s face in front of the OSU sideline.
Whatever Money said to the ref must have been really bad based on what the refs were allowing to be normal emotion and hard hitting action.
