Its easy to enforce you just punish the program becuase it incentives the program to police their donors and the donors will comply. Trying to punish the donors can never happen.

It’s the Big 12 none of the seasons are that hard. If UCLA is our standout test I might remind you that we just exited a league where they were perennially one of our easiest opponents.

I won’t be convinced that we aren’t on track for one of the worst offenses in all of college football again until at least week 5 of the season.
