He’s obviously not on the coaching staff, but I heard that Sitake has brought in Gary as an advisor. I guess I am a bit surprised. He was helping Jay Hill when he was still at Weber.

Whitt and Gary have been great friends. However, Anderson has made some boneheaded decisions to the point that I doubt Whitt can trust him anymore.

We opened things up in 2019 and had great success. Why this year?

1. We have a very good, experienced QB.
2. We have a very talented tight end and a few other solid tight ends, so we can be creative with our sets.
3. We have some solid wide receivers, i.e., Singer, Pittman, Parks, et al.

Another Prediction

Here is another guy close to college football who thinks Utah will end up in the BIG or SEC. I think that if we end up with two power conferences – Utah should be in the mix IMO. I may not be alive to ever see this happen.

Right now, we are in the Big 12. Let’s make the best of it.
