My disdain for byu is well documented. If an alien ship came down and scooped all of Utah County off the face of the planet I’d be good with that.

Regarding offense, play calling, and talent: I’m not sure what came first, the awful offensive strategies or the lack of talented players in positions needed to execute a decent offensive strategy.

I swear most of the play calls toward the end of the season seemed to be geared away from making the big mistake, a.k.a. the USC pick sixes.

WHY HAVE ALL UTAH FANS ADOPTED ALBAMA’S “HOLIER THAN THOU” attitude towards this bowl game?

Because our 3rd best record in the Pac-12 deserved better than the 6th best bowl for the Pac-12.

I’m finding it hard to get stoked for it myself. Much more stoked to see men’s bball in NYC vs Duke IN PERSON. I DO like Gionni Paul’s comments though. Sounds to me like he’s going to shred the zoo. Can’t wait to watch that.

I think the silence and lack of discussion in the week leading up to the Las Vegas Bowl tells quite a story, not just here but on “other” Ute fan sites too. Not many people have much to say about this game.

This came on suddenly. A friend of mine is now fighting for his life. After a routine checkup they found cancer in a couple of major places in his body. He let me know he’s going in for round two of chemo tomorrow via text.

The last part of his message was:
