Good to great college QB without some of the key NFL qualities (size, arm talent) is the sweet spot. Our last 3 real QBs (Huntley, Rising, Dampier) all seem to fit in this category. With NIL these guys will play college ball longer.

Free agency shouldn’t apply to rostered players with NIL deals. It doesn’t in pro sports. You want to be a free agent and test your market value? Decommit from your school and NIL deal and enter the portal. Until then you don’t get answers to the test.

Not overly concerned with his height and weight. What I like about Dampier, Ficklin, Johnson is they all fit a type. Athletic, fast, strong arm dual threats.

There were pics of Cam’s hand posted on social media and here the week of ASU game. Swollen, finger in splint.

We saw the lack of velocity on Cam’s throws in ASU game.

We saw Cam’s leg get injured early in ASU game (torn MCL later diagnosed) and hobble the rest of game.

Whitt saw all of this just like we did.

This from Alex Markham, Cam’s hand still not healed today. So, what was he doing playing against ASU only weeks after injury?

I have it second hand from Dybantsa’s father that AJ was going to play for the school that paid him the most. There was no other objective or criteria for them in their decision making.

I don’t put all my stock in stats, good or bad. I put little to no stock in what Whitt says. I put a lot more on what I see.

This is a money move and P2 has the money. Don’t be surprised if he goes P2, which should be, to a degree, a validation of his talent and potential.

Quick clarification, Mosley is a class of 2026 recruit from Pittsburg, CA not a transfer from Pitt that can immediatley fill void of WRs that just hit the portal.

Good point, I like seeing the depth play in games we have in hand and this is another chance to see them play and what we’ve got in the pipeline even if it’s a glorified scrimmage.

I’m not convinced JB scheme uses TE and even if it does that TE is best suited for Andrews to max touches.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Andrews is RB1 or RB2 when the season ends.
