Wow. Huge recruit.
He was considered a top target for USC
Obviously, USC doesn’t offer him the opportunity to design football uniforms, which he can one day do as a team captain at Utah. Right?
USC and their boring uniforms that recruits hate can go suck it!
Please be more salty.
Awesome!
Exciting! And it also makes sense. Given that utah loses a few senior corners after this year, this recruit will probably stand a chance to get some playing time as a freshman. Smart kid.
Supposedly this is the highest rated recruit Utah has ever had a commit from

That’s probably true straight from HS. At the JC level we’ve had 5*’s – Bolles, James Aiono, Ainoa Key, Paul Soliai
He will quickly be downgraded. The star system is about the dumbest thing ever.
Saved from the fall of Troy.
Is anyone concerned that he still plans on taking his official visits to USC and Arizona State? Maybe this is a strategy to get USC to commit to giving him an opportunity to start? Then again, he did mention that USC had a 5-star this year that didn’t start. That doesn’t mean that dude won’t be starting next year, and it seems this guy wants to start pretty badly.
I am lefty. We’ve seen this story before. While I like the committment and would love him to stick with it, I don’t count any recruit until that letter come in the first week of February.
