US President Donald Trump has refused to commit to a peaceful transfer of power if he loses November’s election.

“Well, we’ll have to see what happens,” the president told a news conference at the White House. “You know that.”

Well, the road map for not accepting election results has certainly been established over the past 4 years…

The States should keep him in power. We shouldn’t want to backtrack from the path we’re on.
EDIT: To avoid confusion, I used “The States” to means the US, rather than individual states within the republic.

When hillbillies gerrymander senate seats it can be a tough pill to swallow.

Trump should simply reply, of course I accept the results of a fair election and expect that we will have just that. To commit to accept the election before knowing anything about possible problems seems odd. I think we make more of this than we should. I expect that if there are question there is a possibility of either side requesting some sort of challenge.

I don’t approve of him not accepting a fair election. I also don’t approve of patrician politics to impeach a president. I don’t approve of mailing ballots to people that have moved or are dead but absolutely approve of absentee ballots for folks still here. I do think we need to quit fighting among ourselves and think about competing with the Chinese and Russians. We will find living with our own differences much easier than living with differences dictated to us by others.

Regardless of what Trump says, if he loses, he will leave office and move on with his life. He is not the fascist, tyrannical dicatator the Left and the Media portray him to be. He will contest the results if there is grounds to contest them on (voter fraud), but that is no different than what the Dems will do if/when Trump wins.

It was such an easy question to answer and he couldn’t even think say something along the lines of “I’ll accept the results once I’m satisfied the election was fair”. How hard is that? The guy is a f**king dope.

Not a Trump fan, but the question was “win, lose or draw”….  How can you answer that.  Waiting to see what happens makes sense when you read the question as it was asked.

“I don’t intend to lose so there won’t be a transition for four more years. However the election goes, I’ll accept the results once I’m saticefied it was a fair election. Of course Ill support a peaceful transition when the appropriate time comes…. which will be in four years. Im going to win. Ill be here four more years. Im very good. Four more. Im good at elections. People say im very…four..election. good.”

Should have been easy even for him to answer.
