Covey did a great job… but that punt return blocking was excellent as well. He had tons of room to run on all of those returns. Not knocking what he did, but those returns were definitely a result of the whole unit performing well, not just him.
Which is why he’s a great punt returner. He’s struggled this year because Philly’s PR coverage has sucked. BUT, when they played well, he excelled. He will do his job if everyone else does theirs and that’s what you want/need.
