I have a very hard time seeing Harvey Langi not being drafted had he stayed at Utah

Totally agree with you. There is a special type of person that just belongs at BYU though.

Yes, very very speshul.   Ironically, wasn’t one of the motivations of going to TDS that Whitt was going to move him to defense?

And he wanted to keep his hair cut short. We all know players are mandated to grow it out at Utah.

Harvey Langi would have been an All PAC-12 LB’er last year. He and Luafatasaga would have been an absolute moster of a position group, and he would have solved all our problems.

Yeah, by going to BYU he was able to play sooner. BUT, by going to BYU, he went to a school that is severely lacking talent and he was forced to play out of position (DE) and that cost him a shot at being drafted.

So…at least he got to play. Same with Taysom Hill. Yay for QB! Now, Taysom is looking to move positions. Had Hill stayed at Stanford, he probably would have been an incredible safety, drafted a year or two ago and be on his way to a nice life. Now? Well, I hear Collie has a good thing going selling T-Shirts. lol.

His loss. Nothing good comes from transferring to BYU-Provo.
