  I have no idea what this means or the criteria it’s based on, but it sounds legit.

    It’s the highest honor in the state for high school athletics. California is a big state.

    Javelin was the #1 Safety in the state of California, and also set a state record for the 100M (10.13s). He also won the 100m at State in Texas as a JR, where he set the 2nd fastest time in history (he moved to CA after his JR year in Texas). The kid who came in 2nd to him at State in TX holds the state record, set earlier in the year.
    
    He is a big deal, with BLAZING speed, and I am very excited to see what he can develop into. @SafetyPride is going to make him a 1st Round draft pick in 2020…

        I sure hope so. This is the first year I really started to follow recruiting, and I’m fairly excited about it.
