It’s a civil suit- rape is classified as sexual assault in civil suits

I am just pointing out that the article says he is accused of sexual assault, not rape. They are different. Look it up. I guess rape charges could eventually be added but my guess is that will depend on the evidence.

What does this mean? “ The woman said she told Retzlaff “stop” and “no” as he was grabbing a condom, but alleges in the lawsuit that he did not stop and had sex with her.”

Sexual assault or rape? Article states he is accused of sexual assault, not rape.

If they identify her publicly she’ll be ripped to shreds by every Zoob and their dog.

I think part of her claim is that Provo PD suppressed the evidence. If they did, it will come out in discovery and they very well could be filing criminal charges in the future
