  Drop the bottomfeeders and form a new league with top teams from the leftover Big12 and Pac12.
  
  There is no P5 anymore, it’s the P2 now. The only hope to staying relevant is to create a conference with the “best of the rest” and hang on to dear life.
  
  Teams like Wazzu, Oregon State, Kansas, and UCF. See ya!

  Honestly, the B1G and the SEC are going to blow up too. There is no way the USC’s, Ohio State’s and Alabama’s of the world want to stick with the Mississippi States, Indiana’s, and Venderbilts of the world.

    Those bottom teams from the B1G and SEC won’t be below the PAC12/BIG12 for long when they start getting $100 mil a year in TV money.

    this is all about football. MBB provides access to the tournament and already has distribution agreements in place. Whether Kansas makes the tourney as a member of the Big12, B1G or WCAC is just administrative.
    
    Football is the cash cow that has never properly been milked. It is all about fully taking advantage of the new revenue streams instead of trying to squeeze a couple extra dollars out of the existing ones.
