There is an app or utility, that allows syncing audio from a radio feed, like say espn700, with network video, say Pac-12 network; can someone remind me of the name?

I’d like to listen to anything less verbose and more pertinent, than Bill Walton as I watch tonight’s game.

I do believe there is. However I don’t know what it is. But I remember hearing Kall 700 mention it..
