From the outside it looks like they are going full blown rebuild and freeing as much cap space as possible. Cody and Marquise are cheap but given Carrol’s age I can’t see them not spending the money to re-tool right away. It looks more like no one is safe currently that some sort of youth movement.
The Seattle Times mentioned that the team is comfortable with Cody and he’s likely to get the opportunity to be the guy. It wasn’t mentioned but I can see them spending one of their first round draft picks on Devin. He fits the Seattle defensive model very well. Everyone in the organization like Blair. If he can stay healthy he’ll get a lot of playing time.
