      The competition is better. It’s a step in the upward trajectory of the Utes. Hopefully we continue to progress and start winning some of these bigger bowl games.

      Yep. We’re not playing Indiana, West Virginia and BYU anymore. 2018 was Big10 runner up Northwestern. 2021 was 11 win Ohio State. 2022 was 10 win Penn State who’s only losses were to playoff teams.

      These are difficult opponents. Texas in 2019 wasn’t great, but I blame the Pac12 runner up curse for that one. 🙂

      The Pac12 runner up has never won a bowl game.
