    This makes me feel slightly better, but the experience Shelley brought to the table could prove to be quite valuable if Huntley goes down.

    True, but if Rising is performing well above Shelley’s level in practice right now, then I would guess Shelley sees the writing on the wall as far as his chances for the future.
