FSU’s defense just dominated, that’s all. Plummer looked pretty good in their victories versus Notre Dame and Miami.

I think the final is going to be Michigan versus Washington. That being said, if FSU can get Rademacher ready for their hypothetical semifinal game versus Washington, they can win that game. FSU’s defense will keep them in the game no matter what.

Texas will get screwed. No undefeated P5 champ will be left out of the CFP in favor of a team with a loss. Only reason I’m saying Texas is because the SEC is like the Mafia and they do have a loss to a 10-2 Oklahoma team. For me, it’s looking like this:
1. Michigan
2. Washington
3. FSU
4. Alabama

I think that your second scenario only happens if both Michigan and FSU lose.

Yeah, you’re right on both counts. Besides having a great passing year, Daniels has also rushed for well over 1100 yards. That’s something Burrow didn’t even close to.

So you agree that Daniels deserves it and is going to win it? If you look at his stats, and unlike Penix, he hasn’t had a bad game all year playing in a stronger football conference.

Daniels has had a better season than both Nix or Penix. His performance versus the Gators, throwing for 372 yards/3 TDs and running for 234 yards/2 TDs was a masterpiece. I’m sure a lot of voters have that performance etched on their retinas. He’s just on a worse team.

Here’s one for you…if you kickoff and the Huskies get the ball anywhere between the 15 and 25 yard line are they under more or less pressure than if they were starting at midfield? I know what my answer is. If you get the stop there and force Washington to punt, Oregon is already relatively close to FG range with a lot of time left on the clock.
