The answer to Utah’s offense all season was :
1) Sione Vaki at RB
2) Tommy Togai at LT
3) Finally getting to play against Cal’s defense -

That ball was catchable. Maybe throw it to a receiver instead of a DB.

yawn. Utah is 4-1 so nothing is wrong. Everything Whitt touches turns to gold.,,
just because you are on side of the debate doesn’t mean the other side doesn’t have valid points.

just because the other team has hands of stone doesn’t mean Johnson hasn’t thrown it to them regularly

I disagree. If I’m Whitt, I want Rising for as many seasons that the NCAA will let me have him.
That being said, anyone expecting Rising to come through the door wearing his Superman cape this season was delusional. Or if not delusional, they definitely were betting on a 1% chance and that is before anyone knew the full extent of his…[Read more]

two losses should be no worse than a tie-breaker. when everyone plays almost everyone else, it’s pretty tough to have multiple teams 8-1 or better.

between all the flags, the 5 minute commercial breaks and the DJ it was a painful watch but worth it in the end. make sure you get a condensed version

If so, so much for the “inside” report from someone who said they ran into Scalley the next day. Supposedly Barnes was done for the season with broken ribs.

It’s amazing what can happen when you make it a priority to get your playmakers the ball, even on simple slants and drags. Not every drop back needs 5 seconds for a receiver to come open to be successful as Washington proves every week.
Ayomanor was .8633 in the composite which is about average for the Utah receivers and made the #1 recruit in…[Read more]

He looked so good the first two games of 2021. Just doesn’t seem like he’s ever gotten back to 100% since whatever injury he had that year

And that’s why College Football is the best game ever. A team can go from completely inept in the first half to completely ept the rest of the game

FG to send it to OT. Without the missed 2 pointers, that would have been for the game

went for the 2’s too early. kick ’em until the last TD and it’s either for tie or 29-27.

Pac-12 refs will come up with something new every week. It won’t be pretty, but it will be something you’ve never seen before

And another TD. if Taylor hadn’t gone for 2 the first two times, this would be an 8 point game. and still 4:45 left in the 3rd that started about an hour ago

don’t go yet. Stanford just went 97 yards in one play to get it back within 2 TD’s

This Colorado / Stanford game is one of the worst officiated games.,, or over-officiated games I’ve ever seen. This thing is going to take 5 hours at this rate.

Broughton has 1 pick (2019) and 9 passes defended in 39 career games. This week would be a good time for him to start turning that around.
