We do not have a tackle who is quick and strong enough to stop him.  So, what do we do?
– Tight ends will chip him.  They will move the tight end to his side when they need to.
– The RB will stay in and block.  I wouldn’t want to be the RB. 🙂

We listen to pressers, radio interviews, and pregame shows hoping to better understand what the coach is thinking.  We all know that our coach and every other coach is talking in coach-speak.  I understand why they do what they do.  However, wouldn’t it be enlightening to hear how the coach really feels.  We could hear things like:

I went and looked at the stats and the Utes have 3 players (top 2) who are among the top ten sack leaders in the conference.  Oregon has 1.  So, it seems to me that Oregon should be more worried about giving up sacks than us.
Of course, the health of our Oline will be critical.

Defense did not play great but was not horrible.
Special teams made another huge mistake.  We need to coach it better.  Messed up on blocking for the punt.  The ball came out on time.  It was missed assignments on blocking.

IMO these are two very similar teams.  Both have a lot of talent but have some serious vulnerabilities.  Both have good offenses and both are run-first.  Both teams have some studs on defense but their defenses have flaws that have cost them.  Both teams are suffering key injuries.

They have been a huge surprise.  They should win their division and play for the conference championship.  
I doubt their coach will last too long there.  Maybe he will end up in the PAC12 soon.

I want our focus to be totally on the game at hand.  We don’t need any extra distractions.  Outside of recruiting, I don’t see any big advantage to having the ESPN crew here.

Since we honoring the military this Saturday, can we expect a flyover from Hill AFB just before  kickoff?
