Oregon got a good deal stealing CU’s defensive coordinator. Oregon has pretty much the same personnel as last year yet they are doing much better on defense. Bummed CU couldn’t pull it off, ASU is my most hated pac 12 member. Boo.

Agreed. Eyepatch says plenty of controversial things but this was not one of them. 

I was watching ok state and Oklahoma. I don’t watch a ton of big 12, but it gave me the impression defense is totally nonexistent in this conference.

Agreed, that was beautiful. Troy has so much speed and was used correctly in this game. Kinda made Troy Taylor look like a genius last night.

There is something broken about the run game when Huntley is playing QB. Maybe it’s the O line getting confused on assignments, but then Moss’s carries necessarily become reduced as the game wears on and we get behind and need to chuck it down the field to try to make up points quickly.

I hear you, but we didn’t have a lot of offensive firepower last year either, yet a shootout with UCLA is exactly what happened.

We don’t have Joe this year, but we do have a better group of WR’s and Huntley.

Plus UCLA is not playing great defense right now. I’m not confident at all that we win, but I still think it has all the makings of a shoot out.

I suspect this game will be a shoot out. Should be fun to watch, what with neither side playing defense right now. Very #pac12afterdark.

I just ran across this article. Look who makes the writer’s list of candidates at #8. A name I’ve seen mentioned in many coaching search discussions. Lots of programs would love Whit and can see the situation more clearly than some Utah fans.
